WICHITA, Kansas -- Danny Brown was arrested Monday in connection to the escape of his brother Antonio Brown last week from the Saline County jail.

Danny Brown is facing charges of obstructing apprehension or prosecution.
Late last week, 28-year-old Eric Terry was arrested and was charged with obstructing apprehension or prosecution in the case.
Antonio Brown is convicted of killing 14-month-old Clayden Urbanek.
He was scheduled to be sentenced last Tuesday.
