GOODLAND, Kansas -- A Chevy Trailblazer lost control on I-70 after striking an icy patch near Goodland Monday morning.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, 21-year-old Carlos Esqueda was traveling east when he lost control.
His vehicle entered the median where it rolled one time.
Esqueda was ejected.
He was transported to Goodland Regional Medical Center where he died.
Esqueda's passenger, 22-year-old Pablo Flores, was also transported to Goodland.
