ARKANSAS CITY, Kansas -- Arkansas City police are investigating nine cases of tire slashings.
On Saturday morning, officers were called to the 800 block of South B Street after someone reported two people cutting tires.
Officers arrived and did not find the suspects but did find at least nine reports of cut or punctured tires.
Police say the total damages were at $2,500.
On Thursday, officers received information that the suspects were juveniles.
After conducting numerous interviews, officers identified one suspect who was released to the custody of the parent.
Right now, the investigation continues.
