WICHITA, Kansas -- One person is dead following an accident at Kellogg and the Kansas Turnpike.
It happened just before 4 p.m. Wednesday.
The semi rolled over in the southbound entry ramp to Kellogg. The northbound exit ramp from Kellogg is blocked.
The Kansas Highway Patrol says the driver was going too fast for the ramp and his truck overturned.
The driver died at the scene. He's been identified as Abdikarim Mohamed Haile, 52, of St. Cloud, Minnesota.
The semi was carrying soy milk.
