WICHITA, Kansas -- Eight children are now in police custody after officers found them living in what they call "poor" conditions.
They were alerted to the case when one of the kids, a six-year-old boy, walked to the L.W. Clapp Golf Course Friday morning, saying he had run away from home.
A woman called 911, but the boy returned home in the meantime.
Wichita Police went to go check on the child and found a stolen gun and motorcycle.
Both parents have also been arrested.
