SALINA, Kansas -- Saline County's former emergency manager was in court Tuesday.
Joe Koch waived his right to a preliminary hearing.
He was charged with several felonies stemming from a fight he allegedly had with his wife several months ago.
Koch resigned from the Salina County position soon after.
An arraignment was set for October 24.
