WICHITA, Kansas -- The suspects in the shooting death of 8-year-old Kimbra Moore made their first court appearance Friday afternoon.
Moore died Tuesday morning when she was hit by stray bullet while she slept.
Zachary Gaston, 24, was charged with four counts including first-degree murder and shooting at an occupied dwelling
Jessica Padilla, 24 was charged with interfering with law enforcement.
Gaston's bond is set at $500,000; Padilla's at $100,000.
Both will be back in court September 20.
