SPEARVILLE, Kansas -- A 19-year-old Texas man was killed in accident six miles west of Spearville.
It happened Wednesday afternoon on Eagle Road.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, 19-year-old Thomas Vernard Mosley, Jr. was traveling west on Eagle Road when he ran off the road and over corrected and hit an embankment.
He was transported to Western Plains Hospital in Dodge City where he died.
