WICHITA, Kansas -- A Wichita woman has been charged in connection with the recent tire slashings in the southeast part of town.
Lisa Marie Milton, 38, went before a judge Tuesday. She was charged with one count of criminal damage to property and two counts of aggravated assault.
Police arrested Milton Saturday after she allegedly was caught in the act of slashing a tire.
The owner of the vehicle and a neighbor followed her while calling 911. They say she threatened them with a knife.
Police say Milton is a suspect in at least 70 other tire slashings in the area.
