WICHITA, Kansas -- Technology has made lots of things easier. It includes shopping, communicating and for some it's making the search for true love easier.

It's been a whirlwind year for 29 year-old Joshua Burns and his new wife Kaili.

Just over a year ago, the pair hadn't even met and had taken advantage of a free trial on Match.com, unknown to Josh's parents.

"I didn't want them to freak out, like I was meeting some 40 year old lady or maybe a secret dude or something. You never know!" laughs Josh Burns.

"A lot of the guys there just really weren't the best guys you should bring home to mom and I was tired of them. My friends were joking around and it was a free trial weekend which was the same weekend Josh signed up I guess," explains Kaili.

Kaili lived in Newton, Josh lived in Augusta.

Both having dated several other people on the site before meeting each other.

They met, and they clicked.

That was last June.

"It didn't take us very long, we were engaged after a month so it didn't take very long," says Josh.

Engaged in July, married this past October 15th.

"My birthday is on the 14th of October, we got married on the 15th of October, his birthday is on the 16th," says Kaili.

And now the newest Burns is on the way.

Kaili says, "He's perfect. He's always what I've expected. Just because he's older, it doesn't really matter."

"Our first date was phenomenal and after that we were engaged in six months. I believe," thinks Dylan Hagen, who also turned to the internet to find his future wife.

"My options were church and friends of friends. I didn't want the blind dates, the awkwardness of, if my friend set me up with a friend it could just be awkward," says Dylan.

Dylan started dating a woman who lived four hours away.

"There's no chance I would have met her. She lived four hours away, I lived in Des Moines, Iowa. She lived in Sioux Falls, South Dakota," he explains.

"The thing that caught my eye with Dylan's profile is that he had a picture of himself with two dogs. Well, he's got two dogs in the picture that's a good start," says Katie Taube.

Dylan Hagen is the the husband of KSN/Fox Kansas anchor Katie Taube.

The two met on E-Harmony and were married just over a year ago.

"The biggest blessing I've ever had, when you do it don't be tempted to rush out and meet the person right away. Get to know them, it's crucial," suggests Dylan.

"It's like any dating scenario. You have to wade through some frogs before you find your prince," says Katie.

Two different stories with similar results.

"You should be real. Be honest on your profile. I think that's the biggest thing, some make these big embellished profiles. But just be honest. You'll meet somebody," assures Josh Burns.
