SALINA, Kansas -- Salina Police are investigating an early morning shooting that left two injured.
The shooting happened just after 1 a.m. Saturday in the 1100 Block of East Iron. A man and a woman, both 36, were transported to the Salina Regional Health Center and have undergone surgery. Both are in stable condition.
Police arrested a 71-year-old Minneapolis man at the scene on suspicion of two counts of attempted 1st Degree Murder.
The victims and the suspect are acquainted.
Police will release more information at a Monday morning police briefing.
