WICHITA, Kansas -- A former Wichita police officer will stand trial for allegedly sexually abusing his daughters, a one year old and a three month old.
Joseph McGill is charged with two counts indecent liberties with a child.
A judge ruled Friday that his case would not be dismissed and that he would stand trial.
The original date for the trial is set to start Monday, but it is expected that will change.
