WICHITA, Kansas -- Two more anonymous donors today presented Crime Stoppers of Wichita/Sedgwick County with checks totaling $1,750 to be added to the Tim McGuigan Reward Fund.
McGuigan was killed in his home in September, 2011. His unsolved homicide is still under investigation by the Wichita Police Department.
The extra $1,750 increases the total amount to $24,850 in the cold case.
Included in that amount, Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of $2,000 for information that leads to an arrest in the case, twice its usual $1,000 reward.
