WICHITA, Kansas -- Volunteers are cleaning up after Wichita's biggest party. On Sunday, they put away signs, booths, and even the delicious fair food as this year's RiverFest is now history.
It took several hours to get everything cleaned up and torn down.
Those who helped with the efforts say they take pride in getting everything spic and span.
"It is always nice and warm on the time to clean up and get it all nice and neat to set but ya know what makes it even more exciting for us is we strive to leave it as even clean or better condition than we found it," said Mark Cook, with RiverFest.
Thousands attended this year's RiverFest activities.
