WICHITA, Kansas -- The Sedgwick County Sheriff's office conducted a seatbelt saturation patrol on January 18 between the hours of 6 p.m. and 10 p.m.
Twenty-six adults were cited for seatbelt violations, and two for child restraint violations.
Eight citations were written for other traffic violations.
Four people were arrested for outstanding warrants and one for drug charges.
The operation was funded by a Kansas Department of Transportation grant.
