The state of Kansas changes its child welfare services contractor
The state of Kansas is reducing it's child welfare services regions from five to four.
It's also reducing its number of service providers from four to two.
In addition the organization that's provided those services for the state since it privatized child welfare services in 1996, will no longer do so.
