WICHITA, Kansas -- Wichita police arrested a man after a struggle with a woman, her mother, and an employee outside the Hot Spot Detox Shop Tuesday morning.
It happened in the 1500 block of East Central.
Police say a 21-year-old woman and her 46-year-old mother were walking outside of the shop when a 25-year-old man approached them and grabbed her purse.
A fight broke out between the three.
An employee inside the store saw what was happening and joined in.
He was punched twice in the head and received numerous injuries to his face.
The suspect grabbed the wallet and ran to some apartments near New York and Matthewson where officers found and arrested him.
He was booked for aggravated robbery and battery.
